"Oila Green Tea Oil"

Oila Green Tea Oil

Green tea oil also known as green tea seed oil, tea seed oil, tea oil or camellia oil is derived from the seeds of camellia oleifera or camellia sinensis. Considered an ancient culinary treasure, this natural gourmet cooking oil was enjoyed only by the emperors over thousands of years in China.

Please do not confuse green tea oil with the tea tree oil. These two oils have names that may sound very similar but their plant origins and uses are different.
  • Green tea oil is mainly used as a culinary or cooking oil and is derived from the seeds of camellia oleifera or camellia sinensis.
  • Tea Tree Oil (melaleuca oil or Australian tea tree oil) is used for medicinal purposes and is derived from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolia, which is native to Australia.
Purity:
Oila Green Tea Oil is one of the purest and healthiest oils available. The tea plants, originated and mainly grown in China, are found high up on the wild mountains at altitudes of 2000 to 4000 feet. The leaves of these plants are also harvested to make black or green tea.
Healthy:
Oila Green Tea Oil is high in healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, yet low in saturated fat. It is rich in antioxidants. It contains no cholesterol. It is comparatively more nutritious and healthier than olive oil. The oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acids are higher than olive oil. See the last image above for nutritional facts.
Delicious:
Oila Green Tea Oil has a clear light yellow to pale amber-green color, with a pleasant aroma and flavor.
Multiple uses:
Oila Green Tea Oil is perfect for dressings, dips, marinades, sauces, sauteing, frying, stir frying, grilling, baking, and roasting. Foods such as salads, vegetables, tofu, pasta, beef, chicken, fish and seafood would be ideal choices.
