We do NOT loan, sell or share any details collected about you to any third party. Our customer data base is kept off-line on a IBM midrange computer system that is not linked electronically to the Web. No one can "hack" into our data base because it is not kept on-line to the web. Your order is processed and shipped from this off-line computer.

Return and Credit Policy

Our policy for returns, credits and corrections of orders is as follows:

Requests for returns, credits or corrections to items received must be received with in 30 days of the order being procesed.
If items are damaged in shipping new items will be sent at no extra expense to the customer.
If the wrong item is sent, items will be exchanged at no extra expense to the customer.
If an item is left out of an order, a new item will be sent at no extra expense to the customer or a credit will be issued for the item.
If the customer decides they do not want the item, they may return the item in NEW condition and receive a credit for the full amount of the item minus the restocking fee of 10%.

We do NOT take back merchandise that has been damaged by use of the customer or is no longer in new condition.
